Eligibility for Refunds
- Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as specified in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your request and, if valid, provide a replacement or issue a full refund. Please include detailed information and photographs of the issue to expedite processing.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, custom orders are non-cancellable due to the production process.
